Why this date matters

This is the tour’s restart. Myers played five Legal Tour dates in June, then spent the summer as support on Luke Combs’ My Kinda Saturday Night stadium run — Ohio Stadium, Neyland, Lambeau, then Europe through to Wembley on August 1. Airway Heights is twelve days after that closing London night and the first show back where the room belongs to him.

It also opens a three-night sprint: Airway Heights on the 13th, Bend on the 14th, Nampa on the 15th. Three amphitheaters, three states, no travel day between any of them. That’s a schedule a band takes on when it’s touring hard behind a record, not easing into a run — and it means the Spokane-area crowd gets the set at its freshest point in the leg.

Venue guide: BECU Live at Northern Quest

BECU Live is the outdoor amphitheater on the Northern Quest Resort & Casino property in Airway Heights, roughly 10 miles west of downtown Spokane. The resort is owned and operated by the Kalispel Tribe, and the amphitheater has become the region’s main summer stop for national touring acts, running a concentrated season through the warm months rather than year-round.

Capacity is 5,000, a number Northern Quest publishes itself rather than one we’ve inferred from a ticketing site. In practice that puts you closer to the stage here than at most stops on this leg — the Nampa amphitheater two nights later is reported at around 10,500, and by November the tour is playing Moody Center and Dickies Arena.

Getting there and parking

Rideshare is the path of least resistance. Designated Uber and Lyft pickup and drop-off is on Northern Quest Dr., which keeps you out of the resort lots altogether.

Driving and parking: on-site casino parking is available at no additional charge, but the lots serve concert traffic and regular casino traffic simultaneously on a show night. Arriving early is the difference between a short walk and a long one. Doors at 6:30 PM means the heaviest inbound flow lands between roughly 6:00 and 7:00 PM.

Staying over: the resort has its own hotel on the property, which is the one option that removes the parking and driving question entirely. Worth considering if you’re coming in from Spokane proper or further out and would rather not drive home after a show that ends well after dark.

Bag policy — what we can and can’t confirm

We haven’t been able to confirm Northern Quest’s official bag policy directly from the venue, so this page doesn’t publish a dimension table for it. What’s circulating on ticket marketplaces is general aggregator guidance — small hand-held bags in the region of 4.5“ × 6.5“ pass security more readily than backpacks or larger purses — and that guidance is not a venue-issued policy.

Two venues later on this same three-night run do publish exact policies: Bend allows a 12“ × 6“ × 12“ clear tote or a 6“ × 9“ non-clear clutch, and Nampa allows one clear bag up to 14“ × 14“ × 6“. Airway Heights may well be similar, but similar isn’t confirmed, and guessing at security rules is how a fan ends up walking a bag back to the car. Check northernquest.com close to the date.

What to expect from the set

Myers is touring behind Heavy on the Soul, released March 27, 2026, and the sets on this run draw from it alongside The Select — the gold-certified 2025 debut that included “Ends of the Earth” and “Thought It Was Love,” both gold-certified singles in their own right. His live reputation, from the tour’s own announcement material onward, is built on crowd singalongs rather than production spectacle, which is a fair thing to expect in a 5,000-capacity outdoor room.

Two things about the shape of the night, since this is the run’s opening date and the questions come up constantly. First, how long the headline set is: at the June 13 New York date — the earliest show on this tour with a fully timestamped record — Myers played about 90 minutes, on at 8:30 PM and off at 10:00 PM, three hours after doors. Second, he performs with an eight-piece band, including a three-piece brass section and vocalist Kennadi Rose. If your reference point for him is a solo acoustic clip, the live arrangement is a considerably bigger, more soul-leaning thing.

From that New York date, the songs documented as played included “Never Get Tired (of Loving You)” as the opener, “Me Neither,” “Morning Comes,” “Southbound,” “Leaving Carolina” and “Run, Run, Run” from the new album, with “But Me,” “Drinkin’ Alone,” “Ends of the Earth” and “Thought It Was Love” from The Select. Covers on this tour have included “Feathered Indians” (Tyler Childers) and “Valerie” (The Zutons). None of that is a guarantee for August 13 — setlists move across a five-month run, and he has played songs that weren’t on the printed list at all. We don’t publish a predicted setlist as though it were confirmed; for what actually gets played here, Setlist.fm’s crowd-sourced entries are the practical reference after the fact.

Ty Myers in Airway Heights — FAQ

What time do doors open for Ty Myers in Airway Heights?

Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the show starting at 7:30 PM on August 13, 2026. With two support acts on the bill — Brent Cobb and Benny G — the headline set starts materially later than the 7:30 PM ticketed time.

Who is opening for Ty Myers at BECU Live?

Brent Cobb and Benny G. Cobb is a Grammy-nominated Georgia songwriter whose own catalogue sits closer to Southern soul than mainstream country — a deliberate stylistic match for the Heavy on the Soul material. Benny G supports every date on The Legal Tour; Cobb joins for this leg through September 12.

Is BECU Live an indoor or outdoor venue?

Outdoor. BECU Live is an open-air amphitheater on the Northern Quest Resort & Casino grounds, so the show runs in whatever the weather does. Mid-August evenings in the Spokane area cool off sharply after sunset — the show starts at 7:30 PM and runs past dark, so a layer is worth bringing even on a hot afternoon.

How big is BECU Live at Northern Quest Casino & Resort?

5,000 people, a figure Northern Quest states in its own venue promotion. That makes Airway Heights one of the smaller rooms on the remaining schedule — for comparison, the Nampa amphitheater two nights later is reported at roughly double the capacity, and the tour finishes in arenas.

Do you have to be 18 for the Ty Myers concert in Airway Heights?

No. "The Legal Tour" is named for Ty Myers turning 18, not an age limit on the crowd, and amphitheater shows like this one are generally open to all ages. One caveat specific to this stop: Northern Quest is a casino property, and casino-floor areas are normally restricted to guests 21 and over regardless of what's playing in the amphitheater. We have not confirmed Northern Quest's specific age policy for this date directly with the venue, so check northernquest.com or call the box office before planning around it.

What can I bring into BECU Live?

We have not been able to confirm Northern Quest's official bag policy directly from the venue, and we're not going to publish specific dimensions we can't source. Resale aggregators independently suggest small hand-held bags around 4.5" × 6.5" clear security more easily than backpacks or large purses, but that's aggregator guidance rather than a venue-issued rule. Check northernquest.com before you travel.

Where do I get dropped off if I'm using Uber or Lyft?

Designated rideshare pickup and drop-off is on Northern Quest Dr. It's the simplest way in and out because it bypasses the resort lots entirely, which handle both concert and casino traffic on show nights.
