Ty Myers in Modesto, CA — August 21, 2026 (Sold Out)
Ty Myers plays The Fruit Yard Amphitheater at Chicken Ranch Casino Resort on Friday, August 21, 2026, with Brent Cobb and Benny G opening. This show is sold out through the venue box office — it's the only sold-out date left on The Legal Tour. Resale inventory is the remaining route in. It's also the smallest room on the tour at around 3,500, runs a strict clear-bag policy, and is cash-only inside the gates.
This show is sold out through the venue box office — resale tickets may still be available.
Show Details
Capacity marked "est." comes from ticketing sources rather than a figure the venue publishes itself — see the notes below.

Why this show sold out first
It’s the smallest room on the tour. The Fruit Yard is reported at roughly 3,500 capacity — against a confirmed 5,000 at Airway Heights, an estimated 8,000 in Bend, 10,500 in Nampa, and arena bookings by November. Central Valley demand for a country act at Myers’ current trajectory against 3,500 seats has one arithmetic outcome, and this is the only date on the remaining 28 that reached it.
The venue’s own framing is that every seat sits within 200 feet of the stage. That’s a real distinction rather than marketing: at 3,500 with that geometry, there isn’t a bad sightline in the room, which also means there’s no cheap-seat tier that stays available after the good ones go.
It lands mid-run in the California leg — Avila Beach on the 20th, Modesto on the 21st, Stateline, Nevada on the 22nd — with Brent Cobb and Benny G on all three bills.
What “sold out” actually means here
Sold out at the box office means the venue’s primary allocation is gone. It does not mean no ticket exists. What remains is resale: inventory held by people who bought and can no longer attend, listed on secondary marketplaces where price floats with demand rather than sitting at face value.
Some honest guidance on that, since this is the page most likely to be read by someone with no other option:
- Prices move both directions. Resale for a sold-out show often peaks weeks out and then softens inside the final 48 hours, when sellers who can’t attend would rather recover something than nothing. Buying the moment you find a listing is not always the cheapest decision.
- Buy where there’s a guarantee. The one thing that matters in resale is what happens if a ticket doesn’t scan at the gate. Established marketplaces carry a stated buyer guarantee covering exactly that. A private sale on social media does not.
- Expect a mobile transfer. Nearly all legitimate resale now moves as a mobile ticket transfer rather than a PDF or paper. A seller insisting on a screenshot is a warning sign.
- Consider the adjacent nights. Avila Beach on August 20 and Stateline on August 22 are the same three-act bill within 48 hours, and neither is sold out. If the goal is seeing this tour rather than seeing it specifically in Modesto, they’re materially cheaper routes to it.

Venue guide: The Fruit Yard Amphitheater
The Fruit Yard Amphitheater sits on Yosemite Boulevard east of downtown Modesto, part of the Chicken Ranch Casino Resort property. It’s an outdoor venue and all events run rain or shine. Ticketmaster is its authorized ticketing vendor, and the venue explicitly states it isn’t responsible for tickets bought through secondary vendors — relevant on a sold-out date, and the reason the buyer-guarantee point above matters.

| Capacity | ~3,500 (estimate — not stated by venue) |
| Setting | Open-air amphitheater, all seating within 200 ft of stage |

Doors and set times for this date haven’t been published by the venue. We list them as TBA rather than estimating from other dates on the tour, because the three Pacific Northwest shows a week earlier ran doors at 5:00, 6:00, and 6:30 PM respectively — there’s no consistent pattern to infer from.
Bag policy, chairs, and cash
Clear bags only. No handbags, purses, or bags of any kind unless clear. Wallets and small clutches up to hand size are fine. The venue provides complimentary clear bags at entry if you arrive without one, which is a genuinely fan-friendly accommodation and rarer than it should be.
Chairs — read the dimensions. Low beach chairs are allowed in General Admission, defined precisely: seat lower than 9“ from the ground, back lower than 32“. High-back chairs are refused. Blankets are permitted in GA.
Bring cash. All vendors inside the venue take cash only, with ATMs on site. Parking is $20, cash only. This is the single most common practical error at this venue, and it’s the reverse of the cashless setup at Ford Idaho Center a week earlier on the same tour.
Also prohibited: outside food and beverages, coolers, pets, cameras, audio or video recording equipment, umbrellas, canopies. Smoking is confined to a designated area.
Children need tickets. Every child requires a paid ticket regardless of age, and the venue asks that children be able to sit quietly through the show. On a sold-out date that rule has teeth — you can’t add a child at the gate.
